Do you offer same-day appliance repair service?
Yes! We offer same-day repair service across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Call us early in the day and we'll do our best to send a technician to your home the same day.
How does your diagnostic fee work?
We charge a $69 diagnostic fee for the initial visit. If you decide to move forward with the repair, that $69 is applied directly toward your total repair cost — so you never pay it twice.
What brands do you repair?
We repair all major appliance brands including GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Maytag, and KitchenAid — as well as many other brands not listed. If you're unsure, just call us and we'll let you know.
What appliances do you repair?
We repair refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers, and microwaves. We also offer dryer vent cleaning and general appliance maintenance services.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no extra charge.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All of our technicians are fully licensed, insured, and background-checked. You can trust who we send to your home.
How much does appliance repair cost?
Our diagnostic fee is $69, which covers the technician's visit and full assessment of your appliance. If you proceed with the repair, the $69 is deducted from the total cost. Final repair pricing depends on the appliance and parts needed — we always give you an upfront estimate before starting any work.
